I really enjoyed doing this pattern and will be doing it again because I know someone who likes it and want to give it as a present.

The internet has been great for finding different ways of doing things. I think if I'd learnt from someone who did it in a way that I couldn't grasp then I might not have tried again. With youtube I was able to see the different techniques till I found one that worked well for me.Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13831541091438041806noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7960248197149105589.post-62753482901972509182009-10-19T01:25:17.179+01:002009-10-19T01:25:17.179+01:00I'm totally impressed with your Mary Konior bo...I'm totally impressed with your Mary Konior bookmark, especially since you're a brand new tatter - and apparently taught yourself, using a shuttle! Pretty amazing! This is kind of an 'advanced' pattern!

Many of us (decades before the Internet) were all alone out there in our quest to learn to tat, and we had to wait years before finding someone to show us how.

You also discovered the 25 Motif Challenge and jumped right in!

I'm also enjoying your exceptional photography! And, in addition, your 'photo' followers are now being made aware of tatting!

Glad to have you aboard!Kathy Niklewiczhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03471658272689112787noreply@blogger.com
